Project Introduction


The Shangji Shuncheng Warehousing Industrial Building project has a total construction area of approximately 293,000 square meters. It is the first warehousing project in South China where "trucks can go upstairs", developed and constructed by the Shangji Group. With the help of digital technologies, iSpace has created an intelligent and efficient logistics park with warehouses on upper floors for the project side, fully meeting the needs of the new generation of logistics and warehousing parks in terms of personnel and freight efficiency.


Project features

Ensure the daily production in the park is safe and orderly: The key areas of the park achieve full coverage of intelligent security monitoring to guarantee the normal and orderly progress of production and daily life in the park.

Ensure the efficient and orderly passage of trucks in the park: Implement the reservation access system, which is refined down to each floor. Set up independent barriers at the entrances of each floor. Authorize access through license plate recognition to solve the problems of unauthorized vehicles entering and illegal parking, and enhance the privacy of business in the client areas.

Build a unified command and dispatch  software platform: Establish a unified "Shangji Shuncheng IOC" intelligent operation platform to realize the integration of park data collection, daily analysis, and intelligent dispatching.

Build a unified charging  software platform: Meet the needs of different park service providers and different charging entities for unified charging and the apportionment of peak and off-peak electricity charges. Through a customized charging system, achieve rapid bill generation, bill reminders, bill collection and payment, etc., and realize the quick recovery of funds.
