Project Introduction
 
The ISPACE provides software and hardware solutions for intelligent operation and maintenance inspections for a certain park in Guangzhou. The total planned land area of the project is approximately 280,000 square meters, and the total construction area is approximately 700,000 square meters. Among them, the estimated total investment for the first phase is approximately 290 million yuan, with a land area of about 64,000 square meters and a construction area of approximately 110,000 square meters.


Service Contents


- Build an integrated operation and maintenance platform for equipment to achieve unified management of energy systems, collection platforms, command centers, property systems and so on.



- Establish the operation standards for park equipment, alarm reporting and handling standards, inspection standards, etc.



- Realize cross-system and cross-device linkage and automated inspections.
